  Terrible experience! I would not even put 1 star, but it requires you to choose at least 1. The staff was extremely rude and the coffee and donuts were terrible. We walked in at 8:00pm and the employees glared at us for walking in and were sure to remind us that they would be closing soon (the sign on the door said they close at 9:00) At 8:26 the rude employees turned customers away because they said they are closing the inside in 4 minutes. There was no signage saying the lobby closed at 8:30. At exactly 8:30 one of the girls said "y'all can go drink your coffee outside, but we have to close the lobby." It was 35 degrees outside! This was seriously the worst customer service I've ever received.

  Best service and friendliest staff at any Dunkin' I have ever been to! The lady who took our order went out of her way to make sure it was right. Job well done! 10/10 recommend :)
